Marla Newborn LMSW
Do you feel stuck or unsure how to handle a difficult transition, situation, or adjustment? Life in 2023 is not easy, and many of us are struggling with depression, anxiety, and challenging life circumstances.
But remember, change is possible – at any age and at any stage. Therapy can be an understanding space, where change can begin, and where it is safe to explore the here-and-now, and grow.
In therapy you will develop self-awareness, self-forgiveness, and self-compassion. I strive to create a non-judgmental and caring space where it is safe to be your real self, and where you can focus on your unique goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families to promote boundaries, honesty, and a willingness to see things differently.
