Dalia Teen LMSW
I approach therapy as a relationship we build together. I don’t have the answers-but you do. You are the expert of your own life. But life can be loud and overwhelming.
Therapy is the quiet space in between the loud moments. In sessions you will always be accepted unconditionally as you are.
My approach focuses on the humanistic perspective where you guide the process at your pace in the safe haven we build together. Sessions are your time to use as you need, to explore who you are in the present moment, who you were in your past and who you wish to be in the future.
