Desarie is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Hunter College. She has experience utilizing motivational interviewing, mindfulness, CBT techniques and narrative therapy to guide clients through behavior change. Desarie has a wealth of experience working with children in NYC public schools to develop their social-emotional well-being. Desarie also works with highly motivated millennials to provide a non-judgmental space for them to progress into their best selves through strengths-based approaches.

Hello! I am a long-term educator turned psychologist with a passion for helping children, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges. While working with children for many years, I saw firsthand the needs that families experience today — from ADHD, autism, and learning difficulties to behavior concerns and emotional struggles. My goal is to help make life more manageable for parents, children, and individuals alike.

I am a Licensed School Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Psychologist, as well as PsyPact Certified, which allows me to provide virtual telehealth appointments for clients across 43 states (excluding New York, California, Massachusetts, Hawaii, and a few others).

As a pre-licensed therapist and certified school counselor, I bring a wealth of experience working with children and adolescents, helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. My practice specializes in supporting adolescents with ADHD, autism, and related neurodiverse needs, offering a compassionate and tailored approach to meet their unique challenges

Staci Weiner, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist expert with nearly 20 years of experience. Dr. Weiner has experience in private practice, day treatment, university, as well as school settings in clinical, supervisory, and teaching roles. Her experience involves working with children, adolescents, adults and families with various levels of mental health concerns.
